Annual plans are prepared every year to efficiently implement development activities in Morayur Grama Panchayat. These plans are formulated by considering the needs of the local residents and the potential for local development. Priority is given to sectors such as road construction, drinking water supply, healthcare, education, agricultural development, women and child welfare, environmental protection, and housing.

Public participation plays a significant role in the preparation of the annual plan. Projects are planned by gathering opinions and needs from the people through Grama Sabhas and determining priorities accordingly. Subsequently, the final plan is formulated through development seminars and discussions in standing committees.

The funds required for these projects are received from various sources, including the State Government, Central Government, Finance Commission grants, and the Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS). The annual plans of Grama Panchayats play a crucial role in infrastructure development and the socio-economic progress of rural areas.
